Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods We offer the flat-rate shipping at checkout and carrier-calculated shipping via USPS, with rates determined at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Free Shipping Orders of $100.00 or more automatically qualify for free shipping — no code needed!

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Fragile Items Many of our products — including candles and incense — are fragile. We use special protective packaging for these items to help ensure they arrive safely. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
